Royal Nationalpark

Nicht weit entfernt von der Farm war der Royal Nationalpark. Wir haben schwer überlegt, ob wir uns die blue montains ansehen sollen, oder nicht. Für den national park haben wir uns entschieden, weil viele sagten, dass die blue montains lang nicht so spektakulär sind und sich der nationalpark eher lohnt. Wir haben die Berge nicht vermißt und den Park sehr genossen.

Not far from the farm is the royal national park. We were thinking to go to the blue montains instead, but the people said it's not really worth it, just something everyone does. So we decided to see only the national park. We didn't miss the montains and enjoyed the park. 

Sydney

Von der Farm aus war es nur eine Stunde Zugfahrt nach Sydney, was perfekt war. Diese Möglichkeit haben wir natürlich genutzt um uns diese riesige, sehr geschäftige Stadt anzusehen.

It was only an one hour drive with the train from the farm to sydney. That's perfect. Of course we went a few times to see this huge, busy city.

Es ist schon fast einen Monat her, dass wir bei Rob und Lorna auf der Farm angekommen sind. Einer unserer Freunde aus Kununurra meinte, wir sollten unbedingt seine Eltern auf ihrer Farm besuchen und da eine Weile bleiben. Diesen Rat haben wir befolgt und sind ab dem 7. September zwei Wochen dort gewesen, wir hatten eine super Zeit auf der Farm!

It is almost a month ago, since we came to Rob and Lornas farm. Rob and Kate from Kununurra told us to visit Rob's parents - we didn't regret to be there, it has been a very special time for us!

Newcastle, Jackson's

Nach Brisbane ging es weiter Richtung Newcastle. Wir freuten uns schon sehr auf die Jacksons, die auch in der Baptistengemeinde in Kununurra waren. Obwohl die Familie erst im Januar aus Uganda wiederkamen, gehörten sie für uns schon immer zu unserer Gemeinde in Kununurra. Sie waren einfach so präsent im Alltag unserer Gemeinde. HIER erzählte ich euch von ihrer Heimkehr nach Kununurra. Bevor wir allerdings bei ihnen ankamen, besuchten wir noch ein paar Nationalparks, Aussichtspunkte und ein Museum.

After we've been to Brisbane, we went to Newcastle. We could't wait to see the jackson's again! They went to the same church like we did.. Even though they came back to australia only in january, they've been always an important part of the church for us, because they were so present in the church life. I told you here about it. But before we arrived at there place, we went to some national parks, lookouts and a museum.
